Travis the Traveling Cat was inspired by an old friend with the same name. We met through a band that I was in called Rats in the Grass. We were looking for an upright wood bass player and he came to try out. He didn't end up playing with the band but we did become good friends right away. Is it just me or did we all feel like we have always known each other?

 

Travis loves music more than food and continues his journey exploring the world, meeting all kinds of roots and soulful music out there.
